Muse: A Carolina Creatives Juried Art Competition
Last month, we announced an exciting new opportunity for visual artists to submit work to our first ever juried art competition! Submissions are open now through April 28th, 2025. We're so excited for this event and can’t wait to see your visual arts submissions!
An Interview with Lilliana Cameron
"Sometimes I can get overwhelmed by all of the chaos and suffering going on in the world, and it can feel debilitating. But when I’m able to step outside of myself and connect with the earth under my feet, things seem a lot less complicated."
Lilliana Cameron, art editor for Carolina Muse, shares some observations with our community about how her artistic process has evolved over time, where she finds inspiration, how she communicates emotion & ambiguity in her pieces, and some tips for visual artists who may be feeling the nudge to submit work to our MUSE art competition.
